Anyone using this site to count macros? I've just started researching this way of thinking, but I'd love to connect with people who do

I'm right there with you! I'm trying to figure it all out but I keep getting overwhelmed and, therefore, discouraged. What is a good percentage for the macros c/p/fat/fibre to drop bf% and build muscle tone? Right now my 'MFP Goal' is at 55% carb, 35% protein (which equals approx. 1g per LBM), 10% fat and 30g fibre. Does that sound about right?
Also, on days I work out (5-6 days/wk), do I add the calories burned from the workout to my calorie goal for the day, or just eat to hit my macros. How exactly does it work with working out??
Thanks to anyone who can help:)0 -
I do, I have mine set for 40 % Protein, 40 % Carbs and 20 % Fat that's targeted for fat loss and muscle gain or the PC term "body recompositioning"..lol.. whatever..it's working !
I eat 3200 a day or close to it, I don't eat back calories and just keep my % in check I do drop some carbs or rest days though0 -

I'm pretty much over macs at this point and am going back to Windows. Jobs' fruit diet did it for me.0
