HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WEEKEND!!!
SO I was doing really good. I had lost 8 pounds. But this weekend I dont know what happened. I just lost it.... I just could not get full off of anything I ate :( ....so Now I need to get back on track!!! GRRRRRR

Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR)
My BMR is 1498. I am 5'7 and now weigh 142. Should I eat 1000 calories a day I know I should eat more on the days I exercise. I also I know everyone is saying 1200 is the starvation mode. Since I am eationg around 1200 calories a day should I cut it down to 1000? Could this be the reason its so so so hard for me to lose…

withdrawal
is there such thing as withdrawal? I have stopped eating sweets(all sugar) . Its been about 1.5 weeks and for the last two days i have been getting some headaches... I wonder if the two are connected?

Frustrated
grrrrrrrrr...........I did so well last week and I thought I was going to do well but this weekend messed me up and I gained 2 pounds...I need to get back on track because I am tired of putting on clothes and them being too tight!!!

went over calories
so...its not even 3pm and I have already gone over my calories.... I just have this great big appetite today... nothing is filling me up.. what do I do to stop my slf from causing more damage... of course stop eating....... but how do I fill my self up?

CARBS.
I went over my carbs but I dodnt even eat anything unhealthy. I ate 2 apples and 2 oranges and it pretty much took up my entire daily carb value. Do you guys know where I can look up carb values for food?

You guys I am baffled. I usually eat around my 1200 calories a day. I work out, around 30- 45 min of cardio per day , that excludes about 30-60 min of walking to and from classes depending on the day. I have yet to see a significant weight loss. Hey, I just signed up for this site. I work out 5 days a week. I run about 2-3 miles a day and I do weights and some cycling, or elliptical on a daily basis.
