grrrrrrrrr...........I did so well last week and I thought I was going to do well but this weekend messed me up and I gained 2 pounds...I need to get back on track because I am tired of putting on clothes and them being too tight!!!

    Same Here! I really blew it over the Holiday...I better sign up with the next challenge...wish I didn't do this to myself over the Holidays...want to do better next time...

    Let's not beat ourselves up over it...let's pick up and move forward towards our goals.

    yes i believe that we should al just move forward. if u screw up for one day then so be it then start over the next dont let a couple of screw ups get u down.. there is always tomorrow..
