Constant plateaus
I'm always hitting plateaus. I have 8 more pounds to lose and it's getting pretty frustrating. I lose a pound and then for the next few weeks, my weight stays the same. I'm not really sure what to do anymore. I usually have tennis practice and burn about 500-700 calories a day from that. Then I do ripped in 30 and burn 200…

Buff boys are my motivation... xD
I have pictures of hotties saved to my phone so whenever I don't want to workout or want another serving of some delicious fattening treat, I look at them and think "what if he was watching?" Is that weird? What do you use to motivate you on a regular basis?

My body is crazy?
I have been trying to maintain my weight for about a month and a half now. I found that when I was losing, my body naturally maintained really well so figured it wouldn't be too hard now that my goal is simply to maintain. I started to gradually increase my net calories to around 1300, but to my surprise, I lost 4 more…

1900 calories of healthy food= challenging!
My body is continuing to lose weight even though that is not my goal. I've been in maintenance mode for about a month now, but I find it really difficult to eat 1900 calories worth, especially when it's all healthy food. Plus I have to eat back the 200+ I burn from exercise. Any tips on how to successfully transition into…

Do body fat % calculators work?
According to the body fat percentage calculator on http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/ ,which was suggested to me by another MFP user, my body fat percentage is 17.7%. How accurate is this number? Can these calculators actually give a ballpark estimate or are they way off? Also, if it is somewhat accurate, is 17.7% a…

Did your body shape change?
Is it even possible? I lost 22 pounds since January. Before I started my weight loss journey, I remember plugging in my bust, waist, and hip measurements into numerous online body shape calculators (I had a lot of time on my hands... ) and since I carried a lot of weight in my lower body, I, to no surprise, was…

I'm trying to get a better butt and am looking for exercises that target the area. Should I start lifting at the gym? Or do regular at-home squats work as well? What are the best exercises for a kickass *kitten*?

What's the point of eating back calories? o.O
I burn anywhere from 400-900 calories a day and I know I should eat some of that back, but am I supposed to eat them all back? What was the point of exercising then? Ahhh so confused. :/

Net calories vs total calories
Hello everyone! So this has been puzzling me for a few months now. Now that my tennis season has started, I'm burning a lot of calories and sometimes, my net calories are 500 at the end of the day. My question is, should I be more concerned about eating 1200 calories total or 1200 net calories? On the days that I exercise…

Help guys! So I've been trying to lose my last 4 pounds, and they are so stubborn! I've been stuck at 134 pounds for almost three weeks. I eat around 1300 calories per day, play tennis for an hour and a half, and started the Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 DVD last week and have do it every day. I tried to increase my…
