My body is crazy?

I have been trying to maintain my weight for about a month and a half now. I found that when I was losing, my body naturally maintained really well so figured it wouldn't be too hard now that my goal is simply to maintain. I started to gradually increase my net calories to around 1300, but to my surprise, I lost 4 more pounds. I didn't want to lose anymore so decided to try to eat my actual maintenance amount which is around 1900. I really had trouble eating that much food, especially when my diet is really healthy. The past few days, my net calories have been in between 1500-1700. Today I weighed myself and I'd gained two pounds. Is this normal? Will it come off? My plan now is to go back to eating 1300 net calories and gradually increase.
