My body is continuing to lose weight even though that is not my goal. I've been in maintenance mode for about a month now, but I find it really difficult to eat 1900 calories worth, especially when it's all healthy food. Plus I have to eat back the 200+ I burn from exercise. Any tips on how to successfully transition into maintenance mode? What foods do you eat?

Nuts and nut butters, pasta, rice, cheese.

I wish I had a hard time eating enough.

I'm having the same problem! I'm doing calorie cycling/zig-zagging and it's sooo hard to eat 2,000 calories of healthy food.

Make everything as calorie dense as possible. No low-fat anything. Cook with oils/butter. Full fat salad dressings.

    - dairy (full fat greek yoghurt, cheese, milk etc)
    - nuts and nut butter
    - seeds
    - avocados

You can also use a gainer protein powder if you are really struggling to get the calories.

I like to have homemade 3 Bean Turkey Chili on hand. I make it about once a week, costs about 8 bucks, and is loaded protein and veggies. It's about 300 calories a serving (8 Servings), depending on what you make it with, but you can always add some sour cream or shredded cheese to add another 100 or so on top. Make it yourself, so you can control the oil and sugar. Most of the prepared ones are loaded with unnecessary bad fats and sugar. If you need a recipe, give me a shout. I actually made some today.

You could always have a grill a steak as well. I have a nice 7 oz Strip steak once a week.

Frozen Yogurt with ground peanuts and almonds on top is a treat as well

I'm maintaining at 2000. What I did was add a little to each meal and snack as I eat 5-6 times a day and started eating more calorie dense foods like Greek yogurt, more PB etc. By adding just a TB or 2 of PB at breakfast or lunch helped me greatly. I also added treat foods back in, in moderation. I might have a small nightly treat or mid afternoon snack. I also upped my protein shakes. It's doable just takes some work and patience.
