Transitional time! Ahh!

I recently lost 21 pounds and am now satisfied with where I am. My only goals are to become more toned in the abs and bootay area. Does anyone have any advice on how to transition from weight loss to maintenance? What was your experience like? Also, what are some good exercises to become more toned all around?
