Where do you wear your fitbit?
Just wondering - I usually would clip it onto my shirt hem or put it in my pocket, but have noticed I seem to log more calories burned when I wear it on my shirt sleeve - since it came with a wrist band I dont really consider that cheating? but not sure because of the jump in calorie burn. What do other fitbit users think?

Food Porn (nothing dirty) lol
When I first started having major medical problems this January my doctors insisted I cut the sodium out of my diet or the following week I'd have to have kidney dialysis. That means for me I have to prepare almost everything I eat, using good ingredients. I hated it at first, but decided that if this was going to be a…

Can you slice pork tenderloin into about the same size as boneless pork chops and grill? does that taste about the same? I am in love now with grilled pork chops with my own made up rub and a little olive oil, but this week pork loin is on sale not pork chops like I know how to do!
