Chicken Breast Tip (lol that sounds naughty)
If you have a food processor throw in a raw chicken breast (really chilled or slightly stiff/frozen) cut in half and spin the sharp blade a few times. Results: finely chopped but not a slimy mess, very good for sauteing in pan with other veggies, stir fry, pizza topping, etc!!! And so easy!! Wish I had thought of it…
