Zumba, Jhoom etc hurts my foot, advice please

Kettlebell class, should I join?
I see a new class i starting up where I do Tai Chi and Jhoom. It is a kettlebell bootcamp, Thursday evenings for 1 1/2 hours. I am still overweight, not the fittest person in the world and haven't done anything like this. Shoud I join, could I manage, what would be involved? Advise please folks

Can I adjust the timings a bit? I have to be at work for 7.30 am so eat breakfast at 7am. This means not eating after 7pm - which actually will take a bit of adjusting to. No more late night suppers for me I can really see the merits to this idea though

Hi I joined MFP a couple of days ago and am determined that I stop eating rubbish and allow the thinner me to emerge. I gave up chocolate, cakes and biscuits etc 4 weeks ago and have lost 8 lbs so far Is this sight predominantly American? I am from England, am I welcome? :)
