Zumba, Jhoom etc hurts my foot, advice please

I go to severel classes of Zumba or Jhoom (Bollywood dancing) a week

Now I know what I am doing I really up the effort I put in, add a bit of bounce to the routines etc

I found when I did this in the past the ball of (always) my left foot develops a pain/ache - It's now started again

I bought dance trainers as I thought they'd stop this but today my foot really hurts. Can anyone advise me please?
