I figured this is the best place to ask where I can buy the gold standrd optimum nutrition protein powder. The stores around here are really expensive and I k ow I've seen a few websites mentioned before but I can't remember!

Heart Rate Monitor Question (Polar ft7)
Can someone explain to me what the difference is between fitness and fat burning mode? I mean, how do I know when I'm in each mode? What heart rate am I trying to stay at so I'm in a certain mode/how can I find out? I just got the HRM yesterday and the manual didn't help me much, haha. Thanks in advance!

I know I am going to get a lot of different answers here, but I'd like to know if there's a certain powder I should gravitate to/steer clear from? Soy, whey? What types of nutrition facts should I look for in regards to calorie/protein ratio? Help?

Is it bad to have too much protein and//or fiber?? I've gone over both days that I've tracked (I just started yesterday)

I need advice about exercising!
I live in a 2-family house on the top floor. I am currently doing (or attempting, I should say) Jillian's 30 Day Shred. I feel like I can't do the cardio because it's jumping jacks and such because I feel like I'm pounding on the floor. What should I do?

Just finished Day 1 of 30 Day Shred....
And I feel like I'm going to die. I couldn't do half of the cardio because it felt like I was going to puke everywhere. Ugh :brokenheart: I feel so discouraged.
