20 ponds down with pics
So I am only 20 pounds down but i can see the difference! I haven't been losing weight lately like for the last 3 weeks but definitely losing inches. These pics are during a 2 week period. My stomach has gotten ridiculous after 3 back to back c-sections, not eating right and no exercise :( March 23 April 8th

So I have been wanting to do a challenge forever. It is a really good way to keep moving and have something more to accomplish and feel good about. I have only been working out once a day for up to an hour and have been wanting to do 2 times so this will help! Excited to get started.

Net Calorie Intake???
So i was wondering if it is ok to work out and burn all of the calories you ate leaving the net calories 0.... Is that ok? If not what should your net calorie intake be?

1200 calorie goal
I was given a 1400 something calorie goal by MFP but I changed it to 1200. is anyone else trying to consume only 1200 calories?
