So i was wondering if it is ok to work out and burn all of the calories you ate leaving the net calories 0.... Is that ok? If not what should your net calorie intake be?

It's not okay. You'll be starving your body since everything you eat is going to fuel your workouts. You should be netting at least 1200 calories per day.0

Netting zero is the same thing as eating nothing all day.
By netting zero, your a burning all the energy you have taken in. Keep in mind, your body requires energy to perform basic necessary functions, that would be your BMR, you should not net lower than your BMR.
Your net should be the number that MFP suggests you eat. Just follow the MFP numbers, it is all set out for you.0 -
Thanks that does make since.0
