Chug or sip??
If I really need to drink a lot more water for the day, should I just chug it and get it over with or is that bad? I just don't want to sit around sipping for the next 2 hours..but is it bad if I just chug 16 or 20 oz in the next 10-15 minutes?

Where are people getting this "magic" number of 1200 calories a day? It seems a bit random to me. And people are constantly saying "NO ONE should eat ANY LESS than 1200 or you'll gain weight!"
