I LOVED going over my calories!

Well, it's obviously not the best thing in the world, given I'm trying to lose weight, but I'm proud of myself. Why? Because I logged every. single. bite. of food that entered my mouth today, and in all this time, that's a FIRST. So yeah, even when I knew it was going to be over, I still logged it, and I'm sure as hell proud of myself for doing that. And what's even better? I could eat this amount of calories every day and still be at a 1lb per week deficit, so I didn't even go over by too much! For a not so good day, I feel surprisingly good :)
The point is, we should try and find the good in the middle of the seemingly bad, even if it's just to help us make it to the next day feeling up to the challenge!
