When I do the dvd, what should I input it as on MFP for exercise?

    In my opinion I would list it as calisthenics- which one depends on how hard you are working... That is what I think. I hope this helps! Let me know how well it goes! I am doing Hip Hop Abs right now and loving it! :)
  • i put them in under BBL adding my own entry...

    I use a HRM to chart calories burned. as a 5'5 149 lb person I burn about 300 on bum bum, and 200 on high and tight. i don't use cardio axe or sculpt as i do weights/cardio independently. I also push myself VERY hard during bum bum, and instead of stretching during h&t keep doing the exercises.
