Problem with the scale?

This morning when I weighed myself I was 157.4, and just for the hell of it I decided to weigh myself tonight after dinner, just to see how much I gain during the day. I was planning on the number to be somewhere around 159/160 or something like that, but the scale read 155.8. My question is, would this show a problem with the scale? As I'm doubting my daily fluctuation was DOWN a lb and a half. or is this just a weird day for my weight? any ideas??

Maybe your body just got rid of a lot of fluid today?

Did you work out, could be dehydrated? Your body fluctuates throughout the day. I agree that usually your low weight is in the morning but that doesn't mean that your scale is wrong.

Did you work out? Waliking running? Or have you forgotten to drink your water?? those could be reasons its less. Or it was just time for your body to release any weight its been holding from the FXB exercise. Sometimes ourt bodies are weired when we put them into shock so they hold onto extra weigh and release when its ready?
  • I worked out for about 40 minutes this morning (elliptical and bike) and I havent drank much water at all, so that's probably what it is...
