Hi MFP, I have lost 16 lbs since February but lately my weight loss seems to have slowed down. I still have 10 lbs minimum to go. Heart Rate Monitor Problems!
I have a Mio petite drive heart rate monitor and the resting heart rate seems to be stuck at 140 which doesn't make sense. I did 33 mins of dancing today and it said I only burned 58 cals which I know is not correct. On MFP it says 33 mins of dancing, general equals 169 cals burned.
