Looking for friends to keep me motivated- new member

Hi,
I am a new member. I currently weigh 154 lbs and am 5'1 female, age 35. I am trying to lose 10-15 lbs max and get back in shape. My most troublesome area that I need work on is my middle section. My niece and a friend of mine introduced me to this site. I don't always make smart choices with food but since I joined MFP, I have been determined to add more fruits and vegetables as well as green tea in my diet. I figure with baby steps, I will get there. I am currently enrolled in zumba classes and I usually go 2-3 times a
week, but I seem to have hit a plateau. I am about to start the 3-day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I found the DVD collecting dust under my TV set, LOL. I am worried wether or not I can do it. a 30-day committment with exercise is something I have never attempted before. So hopefully, I have enough people backing me up on here. I look forward to a healthier me
