What do you put on steamed fish?
I just got some cuts of salmon and I want to steam them...what spices/sauces etc should I put on it to make it yummy? I don't eat fish often, so I'm unsure what's good! Thanks guys!

How do you log Insanity/ p90x workouts?
Hey everyone! I just picked up the Insanity and P90X workout dvds (starting tomorrow!) and I wanted to check the database for the calories burned per hour and I can't seem to find it. How do you log your workouts? I was thinking just to put calisthenics? Thanks in advance for your help!
