Could you try chewing some sugar-free gum when you feel that snack attack coming on? It'll keep your mouth occupied without bulking on the cals.

Unfortunately, I did get a bigger pooch after #2 than after #1. It will eventually go away...but it can take a while. The things that helped me the most were breastfeeding (the baby weight goes away FAST while nursing), making sure the skin stays moisturized with a good stretch mark cream, and doing muscle-building…

The great thing about Insanity is that you can kind of go at your own pace, as it's more about doing a move for x amount of time rather than trying to keep up with their reps. I am also about 100 pounds overweight, and I LOVE Insanity! Feel free to add me if you want!

I eat three meals and two snacks, plus take a vitamin and as long as I stay around 2300 net for the day after my exercise, I lose pretty steadily.

I think it's right. I usually burn 800-900, but it's been as high as 1000 and as low as 550 depending on the routine and my exertion level. I'd just go with it.
