80 pounds lighter!!!
Me at my heaviest - 250pds/ me today 170lbs!!!!!!! I came across this picture today. I forgot I was that big at one point. I started MFP at 227. And keep saying I have lost 57 pounds but I totally blocked this person out of my mind so Yeah technically I have lose 80 pounds!!!! I couldn't be happier!! :-)

Am I eating enough?
I am 2 weeks into my diet and I am on a calorie intake of 1390 per day. After looking back thru my logs I am noticing that I am not eating all the calories I am allowed. Is that bad? Should I make sure I get to the 1390 or is it ok to be low. Some days I only got close to 900 calories. can someone shed some light on this…
