Halfway!
I have lost 6.8 pounds in the past six weeks. This is especially awesome,because they say people with less to lose it will come off slower. I feel amazing,and healthier then ever! calorie burning question
I have my setting as "sedentary" for my mfp settings because I sit in class 5 days a week. However I do work 2-3 days a week for six hours a shift on my feet. Should I change my setting,should I log this as fitness. Any other suggestion?
