I am in a challenge with my mom and sister to see who can get to 4.5 % lost of their body weight. My mom was in Cuba this week and my sister had a stressful week. I am feeling really motivated to get going this coming week (now that I know they are going to be back on their game). Just hoping for a few suggestions to rev things up. I'm having the hardest time-ironically- since I have the least amount to lose. I'm a student so I don't have a lot of spare time on my hands. Wondering if anyone would give me some suggestion as well as give me feedback on my food and exercise diary for the past week.

Wow...we pretty well have the same stats. I would say since its a contest...maybe up your excercise intensity and increase your fiber. Over all everything looks good to me(but I am not a pro) I do know that your fiber is low. An increase would help clean out your system which could be a couple of pounds. Some days your sodium was high so I would continue to watch that as well as trade out some of those "bad" carbs for some extra veggies and fruits with high water content. Overall everything you are doing looks really good...the only real "boost" suggestion I have would be to have 500 plus calorie burns daily til the contest is over...lol. You can do it!!

I amend what I say if MFP isn't correctly recording your fiber.(I found a few issues with mine)

Im not sure, thats is something I may have to look into,I feel like Im probably not getting enough though. Im not a huge fruit or cereal eater so thats two major sources out and a lot of the bread I eat isn't very high in fibre.
