My exercise for the day

Just thought I would share my exercise routine for the night
I started with walking 10 minutes on the spot with two intervals of 60 jumping jacks at the 5 and 10 minute mark .( I did this in front of the tv as my warm up-as my show was ending :P)
Then I did this video :

I also walked for forty minutes earlier to go out for lunch.
I guess this would be a NSV for me as well,since I didn't make it to the gym but still got a great workout today.
