Looking to add friends that follow WFPB diet.
I have been off MFP and eating a SAD since before covid. I have gained a ton of weight and I don't feel as well as when I ate WFPB. When I got back on MFP, 99% of my friends were inactive. I get it because I was MIA for years. I'm ready to make lifestyle changes and am looking for support.

Looking for whole food plant based friends and recipes
I know 5 people, personally, who eat WFPB. Most of my family and friends eat the SAD and think Im crazy. If there is anyone on here willing to provide me with support or give me ideas i would appreciate it. I keep my food diary open to friends so you can feel free to comment. Thanks!!

What are macros?
What are macros? I see people using this term in many posts, related to calories, but am still uncertain of what it means. I asked this question in my own group of friends and no one seemed to know. In fact, someone asked me to let them know when I find out. I'm still kind of new at this healthy lifestyle business. :)

A weekend eater needs help!!!
Does anyone have a day when they just plan on not dieting? I know its a lifestyle, but I definately have problems staying on track on the weekends. Last weekend, I went out for pizza and this weekend is Sunday Football!!!! Go Bears! I was thinking of either having a Fatterday (Saturday) or a Funday (Sunday). Any ideas?

I have got to be the worst dieter in the world. I really hope that I can make the lifestyle changes that I need to and be able to stick to it. Definately glad that I found this site...hopefully I will stay motivated!
