what percentage of protein, fat, carbs shoud i be at tto loose weight and build muscle? i am 49, workout. daily, aand have about 35lbs to lose.

How much protein should I eat?
Everything I read says I should eat more than what MFP gives me. On most days I exercise a lot, and my muscles ache. People tell me I need protein, and I know I need iron. It seems like when I eat more protein I lose weight easier. Opinions please. How much protein, and how much is to much?

Does anyone here use chia seeds? I have a few questions?
Are they as good for you as what I hear? I just started putting them in a drink, and hoping they help me feel full. I don't know how much I should be using. I have just put one serving into a bottle and shake them up.
