Dinner AND a Protein shake?
So, I use Herbalife Rebuild. Its a protein shake for after a workout. Should I be eating less for dinner since I am working out after and drinking this shake?

Not eating enough calories part 2!
Okay, since my last post I've been eating more. WAY MORE! Thank you everyone who told me I need to pack in more calories! I basically doubled everything. I eat 4 eggs in the morning now verses my 2. When I cook at home, it's hard to track calories. Anyone know of a good app or source to go off?

Not eating enough calories?
My issue seems to be not eating enough calories. MFP App tells me its harder to lose weight if you're under-eating, is this true? I feel like I eat a lot! I eat two eggs in the AM, a bowl of steamed veggies for lunch, and then dinner varies. Do I need to start packing in snacks in my diet?
