If my BMR is higher than what MFP is suggesting I eat is that okay? My BMR is around 1664 and MFP is suggesting I eat 1558.

Okay first REAL official day tracking again and it feels GREAT! My world has been total chaos the last year+ and this just is calming it right down! I have to log most of what I eat the night before and then add in any slips at night but it's just been really nice to have a stable factor for once!
