I am having to make "Pulled Pork" for a retirement function.
The problem, I've never made pulled pork out of shoulder roast before!
I am going to serve around 50 guests, a few with healthy appetites.
How much RAW meat should I order to have enough when waste, etc is factored in?
There will be sides and stuff.... but the main focus is the sandwiches....
Help!

I have no idea, but you can ask the butcher @ your grocery store. They usually have charts that tell you those things.0

You will need (4) shoulder roasts that are about 5 to 5 1/2 lbs each. Found pulled pork recipe on better homes and gardens website.0
