This may be just what I need
I'm a pretty active 66 year old and I've been on MFP since last June. I've lost 23 pounds over the past couple years and last week I was 4 pounds from goal. As usual, whenever I get that close, I start eating like there's no tomorrow. Hopefully someone here can give me a reality slap

I am so ready for this
I don't have that much to lose, but I lose incredibly slowly and it's frustrating so I wind up sabotaging myself. But now I have medical problems so I need to be consistent and really learn how to change my eating and exercise habits for good. When do we start??
