Packable Lunches
I'll be starting a new job soon and haven't worked since starting MFP. Does anyone have ideas for low calorie lunches that are easy to transport to an office that won't end up soggy? No tuna, yuck can't stand it.

How can I boost my weightloss?
I've been struggling the past 2 weeks (or so) and "stuck" on the same weight without any weightloss. Anyone have any great ideas how I can boost and get back to losing? I've been doing the same (if not more) exercises everyday and staying at the same weight. Please help with any ideas

I easily drink 64 ounces per day. However, does a cup of tea count towards it? or am I really only drinking 7 glasses of water

I've taken boneless pork sirloin out for dinner tonight and am struggling for a different recipe. Does anyone have anything they can share?

NutriSystem Advanced
Has anyone been successful on Nutrisystem? I've been on it 1 week (with weekends off) and noticed there is quite a bit of sodium. My husband was told to get off it by his cardiologist due to the high sodium content. I guess it is useful for the first month anyway to learn proper portion sizes. Any comments? :flowerforyou:
