Smoothies
Just had the most DELICIOUS PB and banana smoothie for lunch! Calories were ok, but sugar was a whopping 35 grams. Most of it was from the apple juice I added. Any lower sugar suggestions for the liquid part of smoothie?

Calorie Allowance
Why is it that some people can eat 1500 cals per day when set to lose 2 lbs/week with a sedentary lifestyle while I can only eat 1200 at lightly active to lose those same two pounds? Just curious. Is it something to do with current weight?

Ok, so I need to start watching my sugar levels. I added the "sugar" collumn to my diary, and it gave me a daily total of 30, which I have already exceeded by 7 and I'm not even halfway done with my calories. 2 plums were 12 grams of sugar! excercise calories earned, eat them back?
I have heard some members say they do not eat back their exercise calories, or only eat back some. I was eating them all back the first couple of weeks - it motivated me to exercise if I could eat more! Have you found that you can still lose weight while eating them back? I burn about 600 on my run days. Please let me know…
