since I've started this program, and I am celebrating a month of healthy choices and moderation! The weight loss is great too, but I am really proud of myself for the little lifestyle changes. We even went on a mini vacation last weekend, and I gave myself a few days "off" logging food, but the great thing was, I still made good choices and ended up losing 2 lbs that week. Yes, I had some treats, but instead of getting everything at the dessert bar, I only got one thing, and savored it. It's rubbing off! I love this site!!!!

it's been 4 months for me and I cannot extol the great things about this site enough--I don't feel like I am "dieting" I am learning HOW to eat to live instead of living to eat. Quite a paradigm shift for me!!
