Anyone else finding that when they switch their work outs up that they are really hungry for the first few days? Anyone have any ideas to stop this? Thanks :)

How healthy is it to be over your suggested protein intake? What happens to the excess protein, is it a good or bad thing?

Protein bars or protein shakes?
So I just got my pay in and I want to boost my protein intake up so I'm not as tempted to munch out at work. Which should I be going for? Also keep in mind I am on a slightly budget. Tell me what your taking and the prices pretty please! Thanks lovelies xoxo

Anyone else notice they're a light weight now?
Since starting to watch what I eat and not eating all those heavy foods, going out and drinking is hitting me harder than ever. Anyone else noticing this with themselves?

Any suggestions?
I'm doing my weekly shopping today and I need some ideas for what to get. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies but I need some good sources of protein, keep in mind I am a waitress so it needs to be something I can eat on the go. Dinner suggestions are welcome as well. Thanks a ton!

20 years in the making.
So I'm new here. I'm not to sure what to post but I do know I'd like some friends and people to help motivate me. I think I will start with saying right now I am 5'8" and I weight roughly 160lbs, depending on the day you catch me. Sooo who wants to help me out and keep me motivated?
