1. I eat frozen yogurt at least 3 times a week. 2. The herb and alcohol are the only 2 things hindering my weight loss. 3. Life scares me to death some days.

I wash my hair with shampoo every two days and in between just soak it in water in the shower. add a little product and go! Mind you my hair is always up being a waitress so, different circumstances perhaps. Also leave in conditioner is my hero!

I soo have that issue, especially when the weather is cold and ****ty. Now that its getting warmer i push myself to go outside and enjoy it instead of sitting indoors and munching out on food.

I work as a waitress and the amount of things people eat just scares me! Even some of our salads aren't the healthiest for you but somehow people manage to eat the entire thing meanwhile I end up bringing more than half of it home when I work splits! Just yikes!

Being told I was an inspiration to a girl i went to high school with. We were both the same weight and now I have dropped over 40 pounds and still going! :)

When I first started running, I'd throw a song and tell myself run til this song is DONE. It worked for me and slowly but surely I can for more than just one song. Good luck xoxo

I lost a lot of weight since ending high school (almost four years ago now) so much that people don't recognize me. I got to the gym quite often with a gf ans shes the one creeping on guys, generally I have head phones in and I am in the zone. Only time I talk to someone is if I need advice with weight lifting or if I'm doing a group exercise program.

My favourite for awhile there was Vanilla whey protein with oatmeals, frozen apples (skin included) and yogurt! Soo yummy and held me over until lunch time!

I gave up sweets for Lent (no offense to those with other religious views), so far its been a total killer! I'm allowing myself a bit of frozen yogurt here and there other than that nothing, it isn't easy at all. If you need support, I'm here. Good luck!:flowerforyou:

Burpees are evil but a great work out! We did them a lot in wrestling to help with our techniques. ||I find they work your legs and core pretty good.
