Upper body workouts?

i have muscle
i have muscle but you cant see it because of fat, does this mean i should focus more on cardio rather than strength/resistance training at the moment (still doing a lil bit though)? and can anyone recommend anything i can do at home as i dont have the funds for a gym membership, i do own a stepper though Katie x

Banana diet?
Just read about this you are supossed to eat 3 or 4 small bananas for breakfast and eat healithy for the rest of the day, and doing this diet you apparently lose 25lbs in a month has anyone tried this? did it work? what did you think of it? Katie xxx

ok i dont think they are actualy called that. They are the disks that you stand on and twist your body at the waist/hips. I was wondering if anyone knew the calories burned whilst using one of these? Katie xxx

no no no!
it took me 8 weeks to lose 6lbs. it took me 2 weeks to put back on 6lbs :cry: i seem to have a self distruct button, that when i get to a certain weight loss i start eating loads again and put it all back on. did/does anyone else have this problem? and how did/do you overcome it? Katie xxx
