twist disks?

ok i dont think they are actualy called that.
They are the disks that you stand on and twist your body at the waist/hips.
I was wondering if anyone knew the calories burned whilst using one of these?

    I was wondering about that too. I am going to buy one in the next few days and it would be good to know the calories burned. Ill watch this space to see if anyone replies to it.
