Banana diet?

Just read about this
you are supossed to eat 3 or 4 small bananas for breakfast and eat healithy for the rest of the day, and doing this diet you apparently lose 25lbs in a month
has anyone tried this? did it work? what did you think of it?

havn't done it, nor would I.
bananas don't make you lose weight, neither does cabbage or citrus fruit. all of those diets are complete crocks. sorry to disappoint.0 -

Bananas are 90-110 calories each, so eating 4 of them would be 1/4 of my daily calories intake. I like bananas but not that much! I think the "eating healthy all day" part is the key to this diet! Sadly there is no "miracle food" boooo hooo. I personally was rooting for chocolate to be a miracle food but noooo.
