Keto not losing should I just focus on basic diet
I gave 100 to lose. Just finished week 2 of strict keto. I’ve tried every other diet. First week lost 7.5 pounds. Second week lost a little over one pound. I don’t see the huge differences everyone claims ... I need long term. Should I focus on keto or general eat good calories In calories out concept.

Sick - Dumb Cold
I have been doing so good for 2 months - then I got sick last week - then it started to go away and then came back with a vengeance. Is there anyway to see a pie chart
with percentages for macros instead of just grams? I don't really want to have to pay for this feature. My trainer told me about My Plate Tracker - it does this for free - but I hate to switch. Anyone have thoughts/ideas - is it worth it to pay for the upgrade if I can get for free?
