Need new workout help!!

What is your favorite at home workout ? I am finishing Jillian micheals body revolution and need something new. Have 70 pounds left to lose so need to sweat, sweat, sweat. Ideas please?!?! Have considered jogging but I hate running!!

    I am doing JM Body Revolution right now! I'm only on weeks 5 & 6.

    Have you tried her other workouts, like 30 day Shred? That is a good one.

    Otherwise running is a great way to lose weight, but it can be hard on your joints. I love my elliptical, easy on joints and it's a great cardio workout.

    I would also keep doing strength training a few days a week.

    I love jillian's "no more trouble zones" (which is a weights program that you can up the weight on when you want to) and "banish fat, boost metabolism." I feel amazing when I complete them. there are also a LOT of "biggest loser" videos; I like "cardio max" to really get my heart pumping.

    tae-bo is fun. dancing is fun. I like to go on half.com and try $0.99 videos. if I don't like them, I'm out maybe $5 after taxes and shipping. ;)

    whatever you do, just have fun with it! if you don't like doing it, you're not going to do it.
