anyone beat diastasis naturally?
I'm 38, I've had two babies, one was c-section. I have diastasis of the stomach of about 2 inches. I'm 5ft 3inches 123 lb - goal 115 lb (this is more than my pre-pregnancy of 110). So there was Thanksgiving, a bad head cold, visitors from out of town, lot's of lunches, dinners and LOTS of drinking for about 2 weeks. If I"m sick should i ease up on the calorie reduction?
I've had a cold/flu/allergies severely for the last week. I tried going to the gym and ended up feeling a lot worse. I've been to the doctor and am trying some new spring allergy meds, but wondered if I shouldn't keep my calories restricted.
