Wanting to start jogging/running. How helpful was it for quicker weight loss?

SANDALS
Going to SANDALS :) the end of May. Started lifting moderate to heavy (for me) weight with husband 3 days a week. Gonna start doing some running in between those lift days. Does that look like enough time to see a difference in shape and body fat?

Low Carb Tortilla
Found a great tortilla at Trader Joes!!! Thought I would share with my pals, Trader Jos'es Reduced Carb Whole Wheat Flour tortillas in the fridge section.. Had it with my tuna instead of bread 45 calories MY NEW FAV :)

shredding inner thigh fat?
Is running/jogging a good way to shrink my thick thighs? Started the c25k and im on week 3 day 1.

How many calories
Im eating about 1280 calories and working out moderately 1 hour most weekdays. Does that sound like enough? Doing c25k program and lifting weights.

I DID IT!!!
:tongue: Finished week 2 day 1 of c25k.......torture at the time but lovin myself for it now! Thought it would be easier but thats ok, I DID IT :bigsmile:

couch to 5k
Anyone doing or done the couch to 5k and lose a signifacant amount of weight? Been doing some walking but thought maybe that would kickstart the fat melting!!:happy:

fat sick and nearly dead
