SANDALS

Going to SANDALS :) the end of May. Started lifting moderate to heavy (for me) weight with husband 3 days a week. Gonna start doing some running in between those lift days. Does that look like enough time to see a difference in shape and body fat?

    Don't worry about that, keep up the good work and you will see results in time. It's 80% diet anyway!

    depends on how much you have to lose... I noticed a difference in my body shape within about 3 weeks of starting circuit training...everybody is different but go for it and you should see changes :)
