Anyone doing these or have heard of this?? Very interesting. Just wondering if it's a good idea
to do for a week. What is your opinionsd? :)

    It's a good movie, and if you do a search you'll find several threads about it here. I thought it was interesting too, and was tempted to try it, but never did.
