shredding inner thigh fat?

Is running/jogging a good way to shrink my thick thighs? Started the c25k
and im on week 3 day 1.

    You can't spot-treat fat. The only way to lose fat in your inner thighs is to lose fat overall, through a calorie deficit.

    Running is a great way to get to a calorie deficit.

    Me too! One of my Least favourite body bits on myself. I'd already be able to fit into size smaller pants right now if it weren't for my chunky monkey Stupid thighs. *grumbles*

    I agree with this. You can't spot reduce. A calorie deficit through diet will help you to lose all over, and running will help with that deficit. All over strength training can help with burning fat too.

    Same way you lose any other fat. An appropriate calorie deficit (ie, don't starve yourself), adequate nutrition, regular exercise including strength training, time and patience.
