Article re-affirms what I'm doing
I found this article very helpful in confirming that what I've been trying to do these past few years is the right thing! Overnight Oatmeal - Fiasco or Just Fine?
So, I tried the overnight oatmeal recipe last night using pumpkin as my flavor. this morning, I expected it to maybe double in size in the container? Or at least thicken? It was the same soupy consistency as when I put it in the frig last night. Is this right? Having never done it before, I really didn't know what to…

Silly question: Have your feet lost weight??
I went to wear some shoes that I had put away since last winter, and found my feet slipping in them! Have you experienced this? I hate the idea of having to buy new shoes and breaking them in. I'm already finding it expensive to have to buy smaller (love saying that!!) clothes. My budget is overtaxed as it is!! Or am I…
