I want to lose ten pounds. I weight 141 now and have weighed 141 for about a month. I am doing everything right (with the occasional slip up) and havent lost anything. NO Perfume Please
Please dont wear perfume or cologn to the gym. Okay..maybe just a small amount but dont over do it. It makes it very hard to breath...for me atleast. Just my two cents :)

Two Weeks and Nothing

Going Over and Frustrated
I never complete my daily food diary becaise it seems that I go over my caloric intake everyday and it annoys me. I have only eaten twice today and Ive pretty much reached the limit. Weekends Kill Me
Ok. So the last two days have not been so great. I didnt eat so great and didnt work out. But now it is the weekend and all I feel like doing is drinking some wine and doing a whole lotta nothing. How do you guys stay motivated during the weekend?

Not a Good Day
I am not motivtated today. Without boring you with details...my job situation is not good and I dont feel in control of anything. I hate to whine and complain but I cant torture my poor husband with it tonight. Ugh....I am choosing wine over exercise.
