I want to lose ten pounds. I weight 141 now and have weighed 141 for about a month. I am doing everything right (with the occasional slip up) and havent lost anything. I am lifting weights, but I dont think it would be muscle yet. It seems that the less weight you have to lose, the more difficult it is to lose. What can I do differently?

Hi,
I can't see your diary so I can't give specifics, but you could play around with calorie zig-zagging, or changin your protein/carb ratio. I am losing the last ten but I had to cut out all alcohol and breads. It's a nasty fight, this last ten! Try keeping your carb intake under 75g for a few days, and make sure your protein is over 100g. See what happens. Protein has a higher "thermic response" which means you burn up to 25% of the calories in it thru digestion, while carbs don't rev you up as much. Water water water, fiber fiber fiber :-)
Good luck!0
